Freaking Withdrawal Symptom

I lost my internet connection at home....
It been almost a week and I still have not figure out what's wrong
bummer.....
Modem working fine, my internet service is still active as I've been paying my bill on time according to Singnet service staff.
Think it's time to try the Tech Helpline....
